u One-key calibration function support quickly calibrate the position of important parts such as the center of dispensing needle and suction nozzle.
u The logical position system makes the gluing position more accurate. The gluing height and precision can be controlled. The gluing needle can be cleaned before each gluing , and the amount of glue can be controlled within 10%
u Advanced algorithm can realize near-field and far-field switching, alignment and collimate lens. Or the aligning algorithm is combined to realize the maximum coupling value, or the defocus is coupled to the power value range value. Scan the original data and save the test results to the database.
u A pressure sensor is designed perpendicular to the PCB direction to accurately locate the vertical alignment distance and prevent collision during the alignment process.
u Advanced structure and marble vibration isolation design to ensure the responsivity change is less than 5% between before UV and after UV.
u One-key operation after manual feeding, No man on duty in the all whole process.
