  In this CIOE, Guangtai Communications focused on displaying two new automation equipment recently launched by the company-"AWG Bar automatic test equipment" and "WDM filter automatic test equipment", which attracted great attention during the exhibition!!

  Among them, the AWG Bar automatic test equipment system is compatible with the extended 4/40/48CH AWG chip and Bar automatic test. All chips are automatically aligned before cutting and grinding. After finding the optimal signal, the software will perform automatic scanning test. After the bar is loaded, after the initial light is found manually, the subsequent actions are all unattended to predict all the particle chips.

  In terms of coupling, the high-precision eddy current sensor automatically adjusts the angles in three directions and automatically controls the distance between the FA end face and each chip.   Another new equipment displayed by Guangtai Communication-WDM filter automatic test machine, uses a high-precision stepper motor with a collimator to adjust the light of the filter, and then uses a broadband light source and a spectrum analyzer to scan Test, and finally design a structure that is classified and screened according to the test results.

  This machine is mainly used for the test of CWDM/MWDM/LWDM and other filters. The fixture adopts a 20*20 matrix panel for feeding.
